After 10 years development and innovation，the company has become a professional manufacturer for the parts of excavator and bulldozer. What We Do
The main products line of Xi'an Yingming Machine Co., Ltd. Includes the undercarriage parts and Ground engaging tools for excavator and bulldozer, such as track roller, carrier roller, sprocket, Idler wheel, track shoes, track links, bucket, bucket teeth, bucket pin and coupling, side cutter, etc. The products are widely used on the famous excavator and bulldozer brand like KOMATSU, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Kobelco, Sumitomo, kato, Hyundai, Daewoo, JCB, Doosan, Shantui, Liugong, Zoomlion, SANY, ETC. With advanced CNC lathe machines, CNC drilling machines, milling machines and Grinding machines, our production capacity can be reached to 200 thousand per year. In order to guarantee the quality of the products, we have introduced Portable hardness testing machine, spectrometer and Fineness tester to make the quality of our products are in accordance with standards. The factory and products have passed ISO9001 and Intertek certification. Not only the QC staff also the testing equipment was increased to guarantee the quality of the products. We have strict inspection system for IQCl, IPQC and OQC to make sure qualified rate of our products can be reached to 98%.
